“ Saw this place had really good reviews on Yelp or something for Mexican food and decided to check it out. I ordered the Barbaqueso Plate and it came with four tacos and some soup, but not sure it would be called comsumme. The food is cooked to order so it took about 15min after I ordered to get my food and it was pretty good. I have another taco truck that I visit often for birra tacos so not sure how these measure up but I think I need to do a taco off to get both in one day. The menu here does not show birra but I do like other kinds of tacos so will compare them. I did dip the tacos in the provided soup, but it was not a flavorful as I would have thought. I didn't judge the atmosphere as this is a taco truck parked in the lot of the Walgreens but they do have a covered area to eat if you want to chow down there. ”
“ Always looking for a good taco spot in Portland area is tough. Especially when there’s so many of them. But this one run by women is untouchable. You know the food is heaven when it’s mom made, that’s exactly what you get here. The tacos and the ingredients they used were so fresh and quality. Will definitely be coming back. ”
“ The young man taking orders was super friendly and helpful so it started off positive. I had the barbaqueso plate and also ordered a burrito to go. The portions are generous and filling. The barbaqueso plate comes with 4 tacos, all had a generous amount of meat. The consome that came with it wasn't greasy and had some meat, onions, cilantro and rice and was really tasty. The burrito is large and has lots of meat for 12. Definitely will be back for the good food and friendly service! ”
“ The best Mexican food truck I have found so far. The burritos (all I have tried as of this review) are really fresh-tasting and not too greasy. Even the California burrito is not too greasy. Really good tasting food and easy on the stomach. The food is the cleanest (minimal greasiness) and most high quality Mexican food I have tried since I can remember. And the tortilas are clearly made from scratch. This is my new go-to Mexican food truck. ”
“ Literally perfect I ordered a tripa taco and it was perfection. The meat was crispy and perfectly seasoned. It did not have the chewy, undercooked texture and flavor but other places serve. The red salsa was absolute perfection and the give you more than enough. You don’t have to serve it yourself and I was delighted that my taco came with onions and a pepper. Again, something I didn’t have to serve myself. My order came already, ready to go and perfectly packaged with napkins. The atmosphere is very clean and well decorated and well lit. They have an excellent location. They are located right by Walgreens on 198th and TV Hwy. I love that they are open for breakfast. I crave Mexican food morning, noon and night so this could potentially become a favorite place for me. ”
“ Never messed up our order. Extremely nice! Food is very tasty one of the better tacos in the area by far. Their sopes are giant and very fresh and flavorful meats. Reasonably priced and never have had to wait long. ”
“ A great place for some tasty food. The place sits on the corner of the Walgreens parking lot. The barbaqueso plato was amazing. I enjoyed the tenderness of the meat and it goes well with their consume. I also had the chorizo breakfast burrito and a lengua and carne asada taco. The lengua was well prepared. I will be coming back again to try some other items ”
“ Overall Experience 10/10 , Staff is friendly and attentive to customers. Food Size and Quality 10/10, Dishes tasted amazing and portions are filling. We got Molletes, which are big and come with meat of choice and egg. Also Breakfast burrito was yummy and with salsas is even better. Barbaqueso Taco plate is the house specialty and no wonder why! it is delicious. Finally the Horchata drink is perfect ”
